I'm in for the rest of this week and the beginning of next week & out 1st - 5th

August 24, 2022

Dear Patients and Friends,

I will be out of the office Thursday September 1st thru Monday September 5th.  I'm in the rest of this week and beginning of next. Get your acupuncture and herbs now!!  (OK, maybe I've had a little too much dang shen/codonopsis, a ginseng relative, this morning?)

Please note I have a new Online Appointment Booking system:  JaneApp.com.  You can sign up anytime. Just go to aikiacupuncture.com  OR  search for "Aiki Acupuncture"  my business name on janeapp.com.  I often have a few more times that won't appear on the app so don't hesitate to email/call if you are looking for a different slot.  And you can just do it the old fashioned way. One advantage of JaneApp is that you can get email or text reminders automatically.

Barley Tea

Did you know that in East Asian countries it's common to drink barley tea in the summer? It has an overall cooling and diuretic effect without the strong stimulation of regular tea. Recently I came across this recipe. It adds Hawthorn berry, known for it's heart healthy and digestive properties. Let me know if you end up making it.

Enjoy the rest of the summer!

If you have any questions don't hesitate to call/text/email.

All best,

Bill

PS Any quick, simple 5 star reviews on my Google business page:

are greatly appreciated.   Or YELP or Facebook of course.
Thanks!
